We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Experience in hospitality, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning is highly valued, especially those with background in housekeeping management or hotel operations.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and safe Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards by adhering to proper cleaning procedures Handle special cleaning projects including deep cleans, stain removal, and sanitation of high-touch surfaces Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning or custodial tasks when required Assist with housekeeping management duties such as inventory control and scheduling support as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Experience with hotel housekeeping or custodial management is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Prior experience with industrial cleaning or specialized custodial work is advantageous
