Want to join us?Household Coordinator/LPNAn opportunity currently exists for a Full-time Household Coordinator at Wintergreene Estates in Regina, Saskatchewan.The ideal candidate is someone who brings lasting enthusiasm, has a genuine love for seniors and has a genuine xe2x80x9ccan doxe2x80x9d attitude. Preference will be given to those with a minimum of two years experience in a related environment as well as knowledge in operating a Memory Care Floor. Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Saskatchewan. The winning candidate will have superior communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and always with diplomacy. You enjoy people and your interpersonal skills are highly developed. Being able to multi-task and stay organized is your strength. Along with your superior people skills, you are experienced with various office software and administrative duties.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupports LPNs and Residents AssistantsResponsible for the provision of personal services, by staff, to residents that meets their needs, in a manner that maintains their independence to the greatest degree possibleImplementing and updating Care PlansEnsuring medication protocol is followedCompleting intake assessmentsFollowing proper discharge policiesCommunicating with PhysiciansCompleting Doctorxe2x80x99s roundsWorking with a budgetWorking with the Ministry of Health to meet all legislationThe position of Household Coordinator is a very important role and requires a person with a winning attitude willing to meet high expectations.
