We are currently looking for a House Person with hospitable and welcoming personality. The successful candidate will be welcoming with friendly attitude, be team orientated, be efficient and a good problem solver. Previous hotel front desk experience is required. Hours include morning, evening and some night shifts, weekends, and holidays. The duties of the Guest Service Agent include but are not limited to:

1 Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants; may include taking supplies directly to room attendants.

2 Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.

3 Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors. Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors.

4 Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.

5 Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by supervisor.

6 Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

7 Operation of shuttle van for guests that need transportation to and from the airport.

8 Sporadic delivery requests or pick-up requests

9 Any other duties assigned by his/her supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to communicate in English.

Self-starting personality with an even disposition.

Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.

Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.

Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.

Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment.

Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.

Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head to perform cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces.

Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
