House Cleaning Supervisor

to lead our residential cleaning teams and ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

As our Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, conducting quality checks, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and to standard. This is a

hands-on leadership

position where no detail goes unnoticed.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of residential cleaners Assign and manage daily schedules and job routes Perform quality control checks and ensure standards are met Train new staff and support ongoing staff development Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues Maintain supplies, equipment, and inventory
You'll Succeed If You:

Have prior cleaning experience (supervisory experience a big plus) Are organized, punctual, and dependable Have strong communication and people skills Can lead by example and motivate a team Have a valid driver's license

and your own vehicle (required)

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
