We are currently hiring for the residential division of our company located in Victoria, BC. We are looking for motivated and energetic people with previous residential cleaning experience who share our passion and enthusiasm for creating the best cleaning experience and professionalism for our clients. We can supply some necessary equipment and cleaning products if needed. As an associate cleaner, you will be driving your own vehicle to various jobs. You will be educated to deliver a high-quality and consistent cleaning service for our clients. Although previous cleaning experience is a must, some onsite coaching can be provided for successful applicants. PLEASE ONLY APPLY WITH AN UPDATED RESUME IF YOU HAVE RESIDENTIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE AND LIVE IN VICTORIA, BC. You should be able to work independently once your initial coaching period is completed, must have your own vehicle and be available to work primarily during weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Hiring part time moving into a full time position is possible once a schedule has been built through reliability and consistency. Must be able to provide a valid BC driver\'s license and current abstract record. There is room for advancement both into a full time position as well as an increased hourly wage as you establish yourself within the company. • MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN VICTORIA, BC
• Detail oriented, with high standards of cleanliness
• Clean, reliable vehicle and valid Class 5 drivers license
• The ability to work independently and professionally
• Must be mature, reliable and trustworthy
• Previous cleaning experience necessary
• Must have good customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow cleaning instructions
• Have a clean criminal record check
• Must have your own cell phone with data
