Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Candidate must have prior house cleaning experience within a reputable company and a reference. Candidate MUST have a Drivers License and own their own vehicle. Candidate must be willing to carpool/ride share in their vehicle with a team of 2-3 people from job site to job site. This travel time is paid time. Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services, ensuring that homes are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This role requires excellent time management skills, a strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills. This role will sometimes, but not often, be interchangable between residential and commercial cleaning.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and Airbnb spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Count inventory supplies in Airbnb's when requested. Launder linens and towels as requested, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Maintain a high level of cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, including washing dishes and cleaning appliances when needed. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment. Demonstrate hospitality by creating a welcoming environment for clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning is mandatory and a willingness to continue to learn is essential and adapt cleaning routine to the preference if the new employer is essential. Strong communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service and hospitality. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in the work place at all times to ensure a mentally safe space for all workers. Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques is a plus; training will be provided as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
