What We Offer:

The Job:

Clean 1-2 homes per day, 3-5 days per week Homes are mostly located in Langley and Surrey Work independently or in a small team (2-3 people) 2-day paid on-site trial required prior to hiring

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently for optimal workflow. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Who We're Looking For:

Someone who:

Can pass a background check Is physically active and able to handle a fast-paced job Has a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (this is a must!) Is comfortable using mobile apps for communication and scheduling Lives in or near Langley or Surrey (preferred) Is punctual, dependable, and respectful (this is a must!) Works well independently and as part of a team Has cleaning experience (preferred, but not required--we will train the right person!) Can communicate in English or Japanese Is comfortable around pets and free from allergies (dust, dogs, cats)
