Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. You must be willing to obtain a Clean Criminal Record check.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring as well as dusting. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the home. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly. Assist with cooking tasks as needed, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Familiarity with floor care methods and equipment. Previous experience in Air B and B cleaning or hotel housekeeping is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently or as part of a team. Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
