An active job keeping you healthy and fit! Paid training: Includes shadowing with our team leaders to ensure you have our full support and guidance. You'll enjoy the on-going support from the team. Cleaning client homes on a recurring basis to our company standard! Includes dusting, scrubbing, washing, vacuuming and mopping throughout various homes. A detailed description of cleaning expectations will be broken down for you during the training process. Driving to and from cleaning visits from your own home, bringing equipment and supplies. Equipment and supplies are provided by us! Replenish products and wash cleaning cloths from your home regularly. We will provide you with more stock at our monthly team meetings! For the most part, you will be cleaning the same repeat clients' homes that you have personally maintained and that are in your area! We divide the work from North to South. Occasionally teaming up to tackle larger cleaning projects such as deep cleans and move-out cleans. We attract the best types of clients who you are happy to clean for! This is a full time position. We work Monday-Friday, during the day. Optional Weekend work is available. Team-building meetings! Share your experience with the team as we help each other succeed. We love our supportive team environment! Uniform t-shirts are provided. This is a long term position with career advancement opportunities as we continue to grow. It is our job to assure our clients they have made the right choice by hiring us- exceeding client expectations every visit! Above all, client retention is your primary goal and responsibility. Eligible for Health & Dental Benefits after 3 months. Competitive Pay! You will be well compensated for your hard work! You will be eligible for performance-based pay increases every THREE months; quickly earning more.

Successful candidate must:

, full drivers license, and proof of insurance. Provide a cleared criminal background check. Eligible to work in Canada. Experience with residential cleaning is an asset but not required as paid training is provided. Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and able to lift 55 lbs. Be well mannered and professional. Provide 2 previous employer references. Have a keen eye for detail. Confident and proud in their ability to maintain a high-level of cleanliness. Open to feedback to continually improve cleaning service. Take initiative and be self-motivated.
