We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings, ensuring that homes are welcoming and well-kept. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning visits. Carry out janitorial duties in both residential and commercial settings as required. Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized effectively. Assist with carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment. Utilize housekeeping management skills to organize cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals is essential. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
