Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to maintain pristine flooring conditions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Assist with special projects such as deep cleaning or organizing tasks as requested by clients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require special attention or additional cleaning. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules may be required. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
