We are looking to fill the position of Hotel Spa Concierge at Fernie Alpine Resort. The Spa Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests. This includes welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. You Will:
  • Greet clients as they arrive at the spa and provide them with a warm welcome
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments for clients based on their preferences and availability of therapists
  • Provide clients with information about the spa\'s services, packages, and pricing
  • Ensure that the spa is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
  • Process payments for services and products purchased by clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client bookings, cancellations, and payments
  • Resolve any complaints or issues that clients may have with their services or experience
  • Adhere to RCR Policy, Employee Handbook, and Safety Management Program
  • Other assigned duties as requested by management
You Have:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using computer software and scheduling systems
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Reliable and responsible with a customer service orientation
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods of time
This position is a full-time role starting mid November.
