Duties

Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Balance accounts and prepare financial reports for management review Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional guest services Maintain front desk operations, including managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during night hours Assist guests with special requests, complaints, or issues to ensure guest satisfaction Perform administrative tasks such as updating guest records and processing payments Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight concerns or issues

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management roles Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence Ability to operate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with resort or hotel environments enhances service delivery and operational understanding
