Overview

. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled part-time Maintenance Person to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a variety of technical skills.

Job duties

Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair maintain inventory of supplies and equipment respond to requests from residents for repairs perform daily inspections on the building systems Summer Landscaping and garden maintenance Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies Snow removal as required in winter from entrance and hotel exits Hotel exterior cleaning and maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.62-$21.97 per hour
