Job Description

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of the hotel including guest rooms, common areas, Banquet Rooms, Bar and Kitchen. Duties will include but are not limited to, repairing toilets, showers, sinks, change light bulbs, wallpaper repair, grouting, painting and minor electrical repairs, snow removal and any duties assigned. The General Maintenance Team Member must have strong mechanical abilities and be skilled in the use of basic hand and electric tools, and lift up to 50 lbs if needed.

Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Electrical knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
