We are looking to fill the position of Laundry Attendant at Fernie Alpine Resort. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be physically capable, and have excellent customer service skills. You Will:
- Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
- Standard laundry service for two resort hotels - sort, wash, dry, fold, load, and unload towels and bedding
- Housekeeping support upon request
- Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
- Meeting guest requests in a timely and friendly manner to ensure the highest level of service and guest experience
- Provide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managers
- Adhere to RCR Policy, Employee Handbook, and Safety Management Program
- Other assigned duties as requested by management
- Past experience is an asset but not required, we will train!
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
- Reliable and responsible with a customer service orientation
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and strenuous labor
