Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall appearance of our hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality, good communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

General understanding of how to perform repairs and maintenance, including Painting and Touch-ups, Basic Appliance Maintenance, Minor Plumbing Repairs, Furniture Repairs and General Safety Checks (training will be provided). Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving items Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel's exterior, including sidewalks, stairs, and surrounding outdoor areas. Clean and maintain the hotel lobby, hallways, public restrooms, pool area, fitness center, and other public spaces. Regularly dust, vacuum, and manage waste disposal, including garbage and recycling.

Requirements

Basic understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems (training will be provided). Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive and flexible attitude. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with associates and complete daily tasks. Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently. Must be bondable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
