Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to join our housekeeping team. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel rooms and common areas. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to our guests' comfort and satisfaction, ensuring they have a memorable stay.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning tasks. Inspecting rooms and helping other housekeeping staff

Requirements

Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred; hospitality experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
