Job Title: Hotel House Person/Shuttle Driver

Join our dynamic team as a Hotel House Person/Shuttle Driver, where your energy and dedication will create a welcoming environment for our guests! In this dual role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of hotel facilities while also providing exceptional transportation services to our guests. Your contributions will ensure that every visitor feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure.

What you'll do

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, including public areas, hallways, and guest rooms. Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a pristine environment. Drive the hotel shuttle to transport guests to local attractions, airports, and other destinations safely and efficiently. Assist with luggage handling and provide exceptional customer service during guest interactions. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Collaborate with housekeeping management to support daily operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness. Execute industrial cleaning tasks as needed in various areas of the hotel. Uphold janitorial best practices to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff alike.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and floor care equipment is essential. Demonstrated custodial experience in a commercial setting is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Minimum 3 years of shuttle driving experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.12-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
