We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hotel management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, financial performance, and human resources.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise front desk staff and ensure effective communication across departments.
Monitor financial performance, and prepare reports for ownership.
Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership and support to all team members.
Oversee guest relations to address concerns promptly and enhance the overall guest experience.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
Conduct training sessions for staff on customer service excellence and hospitality best practices.
Recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of hotel staff.
Experience
Proven experience in hotel management is essential.
Leadership experience is required, with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
Previous experience with the IHG Brand is considered an asset.
