We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and maintaining the overall front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Maintain front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems and managing reservations.
Conduct night audits as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their stay.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold high standards of hospitality management while creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred.
No degree, certificate or diploma
Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures.
Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
