Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hot Tub Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the, maintenance, and repair of hot tubs and spas, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills, as you will interact directly with clients to address their needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on hot tubs, including plumbing, electrical systems, and heating components.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain services performed and provide guidance on proper hot tub care. Document service activities accurately in accordance with company protocols.
Requirements
Previous Beachcomber Hot Tub experience in a technician role or related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
