About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable,

physically strong

, and customer-focused team member to join us as a

Hot Tub Delivery & Setup Technician

who will also conduct

Spa School sessions

for our customers.

This is a

casual, on-call position

--ideal for someone flexible who enjoys hands-on work, outdoor projects, and direct customer interaction.

You will be working and driving to jobs through our entire service area of Southwest Alberta primarily starting out of Cochrane or Canmore.

Key Responsibilities:

Hot Tub Delivery & Setup:

Assist with loading, transporting, and installing hot tubs at customer locations. Tow trailers and safely maneuver them into delivery sites. Prepare delivery sites, ensuring proper placement and stability of hot tubs.

Help build and prepare hot tub pads

(gravel base, leveling, and site readiness). Work with cranes when required for difficult installations (experience with cranes is an asset)*.
Connect and test hot tub systems during installation. Ensure safe handling and damage prevention during all deliveries.

Spa School (Customer Orientation & Education):

Lead

Spa School

sessions with new hot tub owners, teaching operation, water care, and maintenance. Provide clear instructions on safety, controls, and troubleshooting. Demonstrate chemical use and maintenance schedules. Answer customer questions and ensure they feel confident with their new hot tub.

Qualifications:

Physically fit and able to lift/move 75+ lbs regularly.

Towing experience with trailers is required.

Crane operation experience is an asset. Experience in basic construction or site prep is an asset. Strong communication and presentation skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Mechanical or technical aptitude preferred. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
