We're a small, busy smokehouse looking for a reliable and friendly Host/Server to join our team. This role includes separate hosting shifts and serving shifts, so applicants must be comfortable working in both positions as scheduled.
Position Details
Pay: $17.60/hour
Hours: 5-12 hours per week
Schedule: Evenings/Weekends. Flexible, shifts vary
Responsibilities
Hosting shifts: Greet and seat guests, manage waitlists, and support front-of-house flow
Serving shifts: Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and provide excellent table service
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Previous serving experience
Valid Smart Serve certification
Ability to switch between hosting and serving roles as scheduled
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
