Responsibilities:

As a Host:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave Manage reservations and walk-in guests using our booking system Maintain an organized waitlist during busy times Communicate effectively with the service team about table status Answer phone calls professionally and provide basic information about the restaurant Create a welcoming atmosphere in the entrance and lounge areas

As a Server Assistant:

Support servers by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables Refill water and assist with food running when needed Help keep the dining area and service stations clean and organized Communicate with the team to ensure smooth guest service

Requirements:

Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required Evening and weekend availability is a must
