We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and assisting with the smooth operation of the dining area. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Assist servers by clearing tables promptly, resetting them for new guests, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the dining area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, taking reservations or providing information as needed. Support the food service team by helping with food delivery and ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

Experience

Minimum 1 year experience required. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, as it aids in managing orders efficiently. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment are essential traits for success in this role.
