Job Description

Carlino, a Michelin-recommended restaurant in the downtown core focusing on the rustic cuisine of Friuli, is looking for a Host/Hostess to join our close-knit team. As the first point to contact with our guests, a passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to connect with people is paramount in importance in this role. Responsibilities include reservation and floor plan management and facilitating the best possible guest experience.

Please note, this position will be primarily evening shifts.

You have:

Reservations system experience, preferably with Tock 2+ years experience in a fast-paced, casual fine dining environment Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to multi-task gracefully A calm, kind demeanour when dealing with guests and team members Serving it Right certification
