We are seeking a polished, personable, and hospitality-driven Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable first impressions.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and genuine hospitality Manage reservations and walk-ins using our seating system to ensure a seamless guest experience Escort guests to their tables and provide menu introductions when needed Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate accurate wait times Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to optimize seating flow Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and VIP accommodations Ensure the entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas remain clean and visually inviting Provide knowledgeable recommendations about the lounge, events, and offerings Uphold the lounge's elevated atmosphere through appearance, tone, and service standards

Qualifications:

Previous host/hostess, front-desk, or customer service experience preferred (fine-dining or upscale lounge a plus) Exceptional communication and guest-service skills Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure Familiarity with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) is an advantage Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
