Host/Hostess

We are looking for welcoming

Hosts & Hostesses

to enhance our front door team.

Do you love people, good energy, and being the reason guests start their meal with a smile?

As a Host, you set the tone for every customer experience, from the first hello to the last goodbye. To put it simply, the restaurant wouldn't run smoothly without you!

What you'll do

Create and maintain the flow of the restaurant

, by managing the seating, support the Front House

Help create a great interaction with the customers

. Elevate the customer experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with customers.

Be a problem solver and a supportive team player.

Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.

Work with Food Apps:

to Support the service team using customer interaction technologies including Skip the Dishes, Door Dash, etc.

Qualifications

A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, fun and the customer experience

6 months experience in customer service or hospitality preferable

Good understanding of how restaurant management systems work

Experience working with food app deliveries are an asset

Food Safe and Serving it Right Certifications are an asset

First Aid Certification considered an asset

The pay range for this role is:

17.85 - 18.50 CAD per hour(Surrey Office)
