Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and efficiency. Provide accurate wait times and keep guests informed during busy periods. Assist with serving food and beverages as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette. Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service delivery. Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, to manage orders and payments efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with food service operations is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in restaurants or hotels is advantageous but not mandatory.
