At VIP Valet, we pride ourselves in offering clients our 5 star valet service. We are presently seeking bilingual host/hostesses to provide exceptional and flawless customer service to our clients.


DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES (AND DUTIES):

• A host/hostess presents the first positive impression of VIP Valet\xe2\x80\x99s level of customer service to our clients.
• The person in this position will greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive friendly hand-off .
• The host/hostess should have a fun and smart disposition and must be able to carry natural conversations with clients.
• Responding to inquiries and concerns is an important aspect of the job.
• This person must be able to use visual clues to anticipate the needs of our clients.
• Keeping situations calm and under control during busy periods is essential.
• Our host/hostess must understand and present extraordinary customer service skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Understanding of great customer service and be able to provide it.
• Ability to work calmly and keep composure during busy moments.
• Welcoming and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must have a valid driving license ( minimum 5 years of experience) .
• Detail oriented.
• A desire to help out and be a team player.
• Be able to work standing up for multiple hours in a row.
• Candidates must understand the importance of taking initiative and have a smart work ethic.
• Candidates must adhere to and respect the VIP Valet dress code.
• Flexibility with shifts.
• Full time and part time positions available.
• Bilingual.
• Required education: High school or equivalent.

• L\'h\xc3\xb4te/h\xc3\xb4tesse doit avoir une disposition amusante et intelligente et doit \xc3\xaatre capable de mener des conversations naturelles avec les clients.
• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux pr\xc3\xa9occupations est un aspect important du travail.
• Cette personne doit \xc3\xaatre en mesure d\'utiliser des indices visuels pour anticiper les besoins de nos clients.
• Il est essentiel de garder les situations calmes et sous contr\xc3\xb4le pendant les p\xc3\xa9riodes achaland\xc3\xa9es.
• Notre h\xc3\xb4te/h\xc3\xb4tesse doit comprendre et pr\xc3\xa9senter des comp\xc3\xa9tences extraordinaires en mati\xc3\xa8re de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le.

QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPETENCES :

• Compr\xc3\xa9hension d\'un excellent service client et \xc3\xaatre capable de le fournir.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler calmement et \xc3\xa0 garder son sang-froid pendant les moments occup\xc3\xa9s.
• Attitude accueillante et amicale.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 effectuer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches.
• Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide (minimum 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience).
• oucieux des d\xc3\xa9tails.
• Un d\xc3\xa9sir d\'aider et d\'\xc3\xaatre un joueur d\'\xc3\xa9quipe.
• \xc3\x8atre capable de travailler debout pendant plusieurs heures d\'affil\xc3\xa9e.
• Les candidats doivent comprendre l\'importance de prendre des initiatives et avoir une \xc3\xa9thique de travail intelligente.
• Les candidats doivent adh\xc3\xa9rer et respecter le code vestimentaire VIP Valet.
• Flexibilit\xc3\xa9 avec les quarts de travail.
• Postes \xc3\xa0 temps plein et \xc3\xa0 temps partiel disponibles.
• Bilingue.
• Formation requise : Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at ou \xc3\xa9quivalent.
