Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage guest flow efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests upon arrival! welcoming them to the best BBQ in the city!. Bus Tables Maintain cleanliness of the host/host area and ensure menus are tidy and up-to-date. Answer phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or providing information as needed. Handle guest complaints or concerns with a positive attitude. Support the restaurant team during busy periods by assisting with guest services.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus (we use toast). Strong phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries. A passion for helping others and providing exceptional guest services. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $15.35 per hour
