Key Responsibilities:

Opening duties including breakfast setting. Setting up, stock, and maintain work areas. Responding promptly and acknowledging all guests. Maintaining complete knowledge of all menu items, specials, 86'd items in the restaurant. Processing reservations and preparing floor plan for service. Assisting service and busperson teams with table cleaning, clearing and resetting. Communicating V.I.P. arrivals and special requests to designated personnel for follow up. Closing duties including break down goods, cleaning all equipment & areas, returning equipment to locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:

Serving It Right certification. Food Safe Level 1 considered an asset. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 11.5 kilograms (25 pounds) without assistance. Capable to bend frequently, stand and walk for long periods of time. Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an asset. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the business needs of a hotel environment, including early mornings (5 am), late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $24.86-$33.15 per hour
