We are currently seeking a courteous and organized Host/Hostess to be the welcoming ambassador for our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and with a smile as they arrive, setting the tone for their entire experience. Manage the reservation system and seating chart to ensure an even flow of service and minimize wait times. Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and inform them of their server's name. Answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, and handle general inquiries. Monitor dining room occupancy and communicate effectively with servers and management to coordinate table turnover. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and host station.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. A friendly, professional, and positive phone manner and demeanor. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in a host or customer service role is an asset.
