LONDON Par-Tee Putt is Not Your Grandpa\xe2\x80\x99s Golf Club! With 18 themed mini-putt holes, we offer up nostalgic and quirky fun, paired with delightful drinks and delicious eats. Canada\xe2\x80\x99s newest mini-putt experience launched its first location in downtown Toronto during the summer of 2019. After much success with the openings of Par-Tee Putt Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver, the brand is teed up to become London\xe2\x80\x99s destination for a hole-in-one experience with friends. Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager, the Host at Par-Tee Putt will greet and welcome each guest as they set them up for their tee-time reservations while maintaining brand standards, steps of service and creating positive shareable experiences for a successful day or night! The Role
\xe2\x97\x8f Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner as they arrive at the venue
\xe2\x97\x8f Follow Host Steps of Service to ensure consistent guest experience
\xe2\x97\x8f Effectively communicate with the team to manage reservations, guest walk-ins and guest arrival
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of the reservation system to manage reservations and in venue accommodations
\xe2\x97\x8f Accurately input and collect cover charge where applicable through POS system
\xe2\x97\x8f Point out where washrooms or other venue specifics are located for guest convenience
\xe2\x97\x8f Inform guests of any food or drink specials or special events that may be happening
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of food and beverage menu offerings including common allergens
\xe2\x97\x8f Keep all work areas clean and organized including host stand
\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to the sanitation and cleanliness of our venues
\xe2\x97\x8f Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require
\xe2\x97\x8f Keeps an eye on the floor and anticipates the needs of guests and fellow team members
