LONDONPar-Tee Putt is Not Your Grandpas Golf Club! With 18 themed mini-putt holes, we offer up nostalgic and quirky fun, paired with delightful drinks and delicious eats. Canadas newest mini-putt experience launched its first location in downtown Toronto during the summer of 2019. After much success with the openings of Par-Tee Putt Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver, the brand is teed up to become Londons destination for a hole-in-one experience with friends.Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager, the Host at Par-Tee Putt will greet and welcome each guest as they set them up for their tee-time reservations while maintaining brand standards, steps of service and creating positive shareable experiences for a successful day or night!The Role
Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner as they arrive at the venue
Follow Host Steps of Service to ensure consistent guest experience
Effectively communicate with the team to manage reservations, guest walk-ins and guest arrival
Knowledge of the reservation system to manage reservations and in venue accommodations
Accurately input and collect cover charge where applicable through POS system
Point out where washrooms or other venue specifics are located for guest convenience
Inform guests of any food or drink specials or special events that may be happening
Knowledge of food and beverage menu offerings including common allergens
Keep all work areas clean and organized including host stand
Contribute to the sanitation and cleanliness of our venues
Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require
Keeps an eye on the floor and anticipates the needs of guests and fellow team members
