OUR STORY Blowers & Grafton (B&G) dishes up authentic street food, delivering real, honest ingredients and laid-back, East Coast Hospitality. Host Roles & Responsibilities

• Give great first impressions to every guest & welcome them to B&G!
• Provide accurate wait times and organize all reservations & wait lists
• Escort all guests to their seats and ensure we are seating by their needs and requests
• Be polite when answering the phone, and use proper phone etiquette
• Coordinate with team members on seating, and ensure tables are cleaned in a timely manner
• Assist with running food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
• Memorize and be able to describe all of our food and beverage menu items
• Understand and adhere to all of the B&G policies and procedures
• Understand and embrace the B&G culture and values
• Assist kitchen with packing and distribution of pickup and delivery orders
• Have a clean-as-you-go mindset
• Be team oriented and have great communication skills
• Assist all front of house employees with running food, table maintenance, seating, taking payments, etc
• Have a passion for providing East Coast Hospitality!
• Give great goodbye greetings as guests leave our venues
