Responsabilites :

Accueillir et placer les clients avec un sourire chaleureux, incarnant l'hospitalite du style Miami Vice. Presenter les menus et fournir des informations detaillees sur nos offres, y compris les plats du jour et les selections de vin. Prendre des commandes de nourriture et de boissons avec precision, en portant une attention particuliere aux details et aux preferences de personnalisation. Livrer les commandes de maniere rapide et precise, en veillant aux normes les plus elevees de presentation et de qualite. Anticiper les besoins des clients et repondre de maniere proactive a toute preoccupation ou demande pour garantir une experience de restauration sans faille. Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine et de bar pour assurer un service efficace et rapide. Gerer les paiements et traiter les transactions avec precision, en preservant l'integrite de nos procedures financieres. Maintenir la proprete et l'organisation dans la salle a manger, contribuant a une atmosphere agreable et invitante.

Exigences :

Experience anterieure en tant que serveur/serveuse dans un environnement de restaurant a forte frequentation preferee. Competences exceptionnelles en service a la clientele avec une passion pour depasser les attentes des clients. Solide connaissance de la cuisine italienne et du vin preferee, avec une volonte d'apprendre et de grandir. Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacite de prosperer dans un environnement oriente vers l'equipe. Flexibilite pour travailler le soir, les week-ends et les jours feries au besoin. Doit etre eligible pour travailler au Canada.

Position: Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, embodying the essence of Miami Vice style hospitality. Present menus and provide detailed information about our offerings, including daily specials and wine selections. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to detail and customization preferences. Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and quality. Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address any concerns or requests to ensure a seamless dining experience. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service. Handle payments and process transactions accurately, maintaining the integrity of our financial procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, contributing to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for exceeding guest expectations. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be eligible to work in Canada.
