We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your hospitality skills and ability to manage guest flow will ensure that every patron feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize guest flow. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist servers by communicating effectively with the kitchen and dining staff regarding guest needs. Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations and answering questions about the menu or restaurant services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
