Stacked Pancake House at 346 Mayfield is looking for friendly and reliable individuals to join our front-of-house team as Hosts/Hostesses.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth seating and customer flow during service.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude Manage waitlists and seating plans Answer phones and take reservations (if applicable) Assist with clearing and resetting tables when needed Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff Maintain a clean and organized front entrance area Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Punctual and reliable Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
