Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of restaurant or food service operations
- Strong customer service skills
