Summary

We are seeking a friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House in Carleton Place. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall dining experience and supporting our mission to become a leader in the breakfast industry.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating process efficiently. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items and wait times. Assist guests with inquiries and ensure their needs are met during their visit. Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods to optimize seating efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment is a must. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and customer takeout inquiries. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
