Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and menu information
Maintain a clean and organized host station to ensure smooth operations
Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with tact and professionalism
Support the overall guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and hospitality
Experience
Prior experience as a Host/Host or in food service/hospitality is preferred
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
Experience in guest services, serving, or hotel operations is advantageous
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
