Overview:
We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to work in the restaurant industry and gain valuable experience in guest services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Operate the POS system to process gift card sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Basic understanding of food service procedures and safety regulations
