We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to guest services, and the ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Assist in coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Answer phone calls promptly, taking reservations or providing information as needed. Support the serving staff during busy periods by assisting with food service when necessary.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Familiarity with POS systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a passion for food service and hospitality. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
