Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for the dining experience, ensuring that guests feel valued and attended to from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers Take drink orders and inform customers of specials Deliver drinks and inform customer a server will over soon Help keep server station clean and organized Clear tables, wipe all tables toppers and reset table Frequent coffee runs Assist servers with duties Clean and organzie hostess station Polish and roll cutlery Help prebus tables and refill beverage orders Portion jam Wash and refill all ketchup and syrup bottles Windex front door and clean vestibule area Ask dishwasher for cutlery Polish and roll cutlery Ensure all tables are reset Ensure hostess station is clean and organized Ensure all highchairs and booster seats are clean Assist servers with closing duties

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or food service environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided. A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
