We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Greeter to warmly welcome guests and visitors. Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is preferred but not required. Responsibilities

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival. Assist guests with inquiries and direct them to appropriate areas or staff members. Manage guest check-in procedures using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms. Maintain a clean and organized greeting area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of the establishment. Provide information about services, amenities, or menu items as needed. Handle phone inquiries courteously, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Support team members with additional guest service tasks to enhance overall customer experience. Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and safety protocols at all times.

Skills

Strong guest services and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in serving, hospitality, or food service environments is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to operate POS systems, including Micros POS or similar platforms. Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the establishment. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse guests. Pay: $17.60-$17.65 per hour
