NOW HIRING- FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT

Vett\xc3\xa4 Nordic Spa is a tranquil, hydrotherapy paradise located in beautiful Horseshoe Valley surrounded by a mature forest.

WHO YOU ARE

- You are a down to earth, friendly, and welcoming hospitality professional. You are gracious, accommodating, respectful and eager to help our guests and other team members provide an exceptional customer experience that our Vett\xc3\xa4 guests will rave about.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Greet and seat guests

- Support the restaurant and bar staff to ensure tables are cleared, cleaned and ready for our guests

- Assist the bar and restaurant staff by clearing all dirty dishes, napkins, and leftover food items from table after guests have finished their meal.

- Stock table supplies such as linen, tableware, water glasses, coffee cups etc. and any bar supplies to the assigned areas

- Assist the restaurant and bar staff by providing table coverings, silverware, glassware, and dishes to set tables.

- Other duties that may be required to make Vett\xc3\xa4 successful.

- Running point of sale

- Taking and processing payments

- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

- High school diploma required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is required

- Previous cash handling experience required

- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekend, evenings, and holidays

- First Aid Certificate/ CPR an asset

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable walking, standing, and bending over an 8-hour period of time

- Work inside and outside in varying temperatures

- Able to lift max of 20 lbs.
