is hiring a Host/Expo!


Are you quick with a smile and a helping hand? Reporting to the General Manager, the host/expo is responsible for the greeting and seating of all restaurant guests in a prompt, efficient and performing a variety of other tasks within the restaurant.

What will you be doing?

Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions. Greeting guests, providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions. Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas. Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them. Take bowling reservations and assign bowling lanes and shoes. Responsible for the handling of cash within the restaurant. Manage the passthrough, via communication between the kitchen and front of house team. Act as a quality control to ensure all food is presented according to brand standards before it leaves the kitchen Assist in coordinating food runners and organize the flow of food running via a digital kitchen order system. Helping with other positions in the restaurant as needed.

What we're looking for?

Excellent communication skills.

Previous Expo experience is preferred.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast pace environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be tech savvy and willing to learn new POS and booking systems. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Ability to lift objects less than 25 lbs.
