Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanour, creating a positive first impression. Manage reservations and walk-ins to optimise seating and maintain smooth service flow. Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless coordination. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area. Address guest inquiries and provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant features. Assist with waitlists during busy periods, keeping guests informed of estimated wait times. Uphold Social Corner's commitment to excellence through professional and courteous interactions. Monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues to enhance service. Requirements

No previous experience required, but a passion for hospitality and guest service is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly and professional demeanour with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and efficiency. Organisational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
