Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front of the restaurant. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality.

Duties

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest has a positive dining experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job. A passion for hospitality and guest services, with a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
